We want to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers.
Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.

🛒 Preorder Terms

  • All preorders are secured with our official suppliers.
  • Preorder prices are confirmed before we collect payment.
  • All release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. Orders will be shipped as soon as stock arrives.
  • Our stock typically arrives 3–6 weeks after the manufacturer’s release date, depending on shipping schedules and seasonal factors.

❌Cancellations

  • Once payment has been made, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled, except for products explicitly marked as cancellable
  • For applicable product, a 10–15% cancellation fee will apply, depending on the payment method used.
  • This fee covers payment processing charges and administrative costs..
  • Note: If a product is cancelled by the manufacturer, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.

🛡️Warranty & Product Condition

We do not offer any form of product warranty

  • Minor box defects (dents, scratches, creases) may occur during shipping and are not considered valid grounds for return or refund.
  • Figures cannot be returned or refunded once the product has been removed from its plastic seals.
    Please inspect the item carefully before opening.
  • Other product defects (e.g., manufacturing issues) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
    To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear photos of the issue.

🌍 International Orders

  • Delivery Times: International shipping can take 3–8 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Import Taxes & Duties: Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and any additional fees charged by their local postal authority.
  • Package Condition: Minor box wear during international transit is not considered a defect.
  • For Lost or Delayed Parcels: We will assist in filing claims with the carrier and refunds will be issued after the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for parcels delayed in customs until they are officially declared lost.
